Didn’t ask for a hot wax, when offered I said no. It was used anyway and I was then asked to pay £10 extra. It’s also very patchy, no cleaning up was done and I’m going to have to go over the whole thing with tweezers.

I've been going to this place for over a year now and I had the worst experience today.
I was told to go into the room and get myself ready, as I looked at the bed there were drops of wax and hair all over it and it was covered with a very narrow paper sheet (the dirty bed was still visible)
I let it be and continued, the lady doing the wax was constantly complaining about people who book full body waxes and how I should come back and do the rest another day. She told me not to leave that in the review as she'll be sacked. I let it go as she had done a good job despite all her complaining. However, when I got home I noticed that she's burnt me with the wax on several places on my body. I am extremely disappointed and I hope these burns don't scar me.
