It was my second visit and I was very disappointed as I had my skin badly burned and the waxing itself wasn’t thoroughly done. Shame, as location is perfect.

I usually have Jana for all my treatments and she is fantastic! The staff that helped me today on the other hand was not. She was unhelpful and not really that through. Disappointed as I'm used to better.
