lovely therapist. my only critique would be that they use a fresh face sponge & that they throw them away after every client. when I came into the treatment room. I could see that they were not brand new & for hygiene reasons I think they should be. they were clean but I knew she had used them before.

It was alright, not perfect but also not bad, lady was nice, however I got the feeling she wasn’t good at waxing as she couldn’t took of the wax couple of time which made it more painful.
