I have one bad thing I have to say, I regularly come to this salon for waxing and nails and I absolutely love it here I love the staff masi and yana regularly do my waxing and really they are super professional! However Last two times I’ve had a wax I’ve had other receptionists walk into the room on me in the middle of the waxing treatment which is just ridiculous really! We would hear a knock on the door but instead of waiting for the beautician to open from the inside once I’m ready, the idiot just swung the door wide open to my embarrassment as I had the room closest to the reception and was clearly visible to everyone there. So I would recommend management to please get some locks on the doors or re-train the few rude unprofessional staff there who don’t understand the concept of a closed door! Otherwise it’s really one of my favourite salons.
