Staff not welcoming or friendly. Never used a sunbed before and basically left to my
own devices, offered no advice as to how long I should go on for etc. Hence stomach and butt now burnt. When you arrive, no one seems to acknowledge that you’ve arrived for at least 5 mins, when the nail technicians may get up and help
if they absolutely have to.

Clinic is conveniently based right next to the tube station, so it is easy to find. Staff is always nice and accommodating and treatment was good.
