I had a really great manicure and what I liked about Lin was that she encouraged me to go with an alternative colour to suit my skin tone which I wouldn't usually do but loved. Only issue was that the booking appointments system is a bit rough and ready... I booked via treatwrll and then was asked to wait 45 mins. Was lucky I could wait. Lin was very apologetic.
