I found the beautician to be extremely kind and patience, in addition she also advised me on a laser treatment but without being too pushy; it is extremely hard to find people genuinely interested in a person’s needs especially in London, where everything just runs around money and people’s needs are often left behind. 5 stars plus a golden star for her
