Worst Hollywood wax I’ve ever had - kept redoing the same areas, couldn’t lift the hair off, left with hair left and bruises - won’t recommend and surprised at the number of good reviews I may have had a trainee.

Very good massage - unlocked lots of knots in my back and shoulders and also massaged my swollen ankles. If ever I winced the therapist immediately asked if I was OK - she wasn't hurting me I just have quick reactions and she hit several spots that needed attention.

It would have been nice to have been presented with a range of colour options. I also wonder of the eyebrows should not have first been cleaned.
As a matter of course, the salon should provide the name and brand of the product and the ingredient list. None of this was forthcoming, despite requesting, but this may have b been due to the beautician's lack of English.
