The lady who did my laser treatment was lovely and efficient. However the lady who did my waxing was the worst I’ve ever had. All other therapists there have been great but this was really painful. It felt like she was ripping the skin off with the wax. She was pleasant enough and quite thorough but that prolonged the pain
