Booked for a Brazilian wax here as a new customer, was not a good experience. The room was not clean, they didn't provide any towels or wipes before or after the treatment and there was zero attempt at customer service. The wax itself was painful and drawn out as the beautician kept going over areas she had just waxed with no regard for the sensitive skin! I've had several waxes before and this was by far my worst experience to date. Would not go here again or recommend it for this treatment.

I was sitting there waiting for my appointment when a customer complained that the lady doing her nails cut her nails too short. This lady started shouting in Chinese to her colleagues and they all joined in speaking in Chinese to each other in front of all the customers very clearly gossiping about the customer. I should have left then. The lady who waxed me bruised my skin, broke my hairs, my skin was so badly damaged from her inexperien. Unhygienic, disgusting, terrible service. NEVER AGAIN!
