The salon is not clean, the tools were not washed prior to the manicure. Chair was incredibly uncomfortable…far from relaxing given the unclean tools and uncomfortable seat.

I’ve always had a positive experience with Lemoge (Nails, Laser & Threading). Regretfully, the Hollywood Wax was unnecessarily painful. I wouldn’t recommend this service at Lemoge - especially if you have sensitive skin (While I told her my skin type, she dismissively told me everyone has sensitive skin, which was offensive) It wasn’t thorough or of a professional level. Very apparent she were in a rush to finish it. Disappointed with the service and will not be rebooking the Hollywood Wax.
