Eyebrows are uneven and far too thin, they look like something that was in fashion in the early 2000s. The threading was very slow and painful which makes me wonder if the therapist lacked confidence or skill. Atmosphere in the shop wasn't great, either. Never again.

As usual the people at the front desk were nice. However the lady who did the laser was in a bit of a rush and did not do it properly. I wonder why she rushed cos she went right back to sit down afterwards. She missed some portions and didn’t do it systematically. I had to ask her to go over it again but still she didn’t do it properly. Now I’ve got a patch where there’s hair that isn’t falling off at all. Frustrating!!
Please just take your time and do the treatment well!
