While the beautician was very nice, this was a really unnecessarily painful wax - too much time going over the same spot and pulling my skin really hard and jabbing at it, it felt very heavy handed. I get that Hollywood waxes are painful and I’ve had dozens of them - but this made an already painful procedure much worse. I was left bruised, in pain and bleeding in parts. She did eventually modify her approach and responded well, but this approach needs a lot of work.

They bundle the sunbed and waxing together but are unable to handle it, the staff at the reception appeared to be unaware of what I booked and incapable of coordinating between the two services. I had to wait 20 minutes for a 5 mins wax, in a room with questionable hygiene standards
