Stylist was lovely. However she was overrunning into my slot. Also disappearing at the beginning of my slot so wasn’t a smooth experience. Heat spray wasn’t used and so my blow dry is frizzy. Haircut was brilliant. The receptionist needs to acknowledge customers.
