(-) Second time but the first one was better by far. I know wearing masks doesn't help but when mentioned what I 'wanted', it looked like I was asking for too much. Plus I noted (afterwards) that the beautician's hands didn't look clean.
(+) I went to the wrong branch but they accepted to do my treatments anyway.
