I have been here before but this time did not have a good experience. many patches of hair left and i was left with a bad pull/burn mark as the therapist pulled at my arm multiple times in order to get the wax off. One of the treatments for my partner was left undone as she was too shy to remind them after being in some discomfort after her waxing too. this combined with the fact that we both had patches of hair and many stray hairs on our legs and arms made for a very disappointing second time
