It was my first experience of the clinic and I hadn’t realised there were few in my area, so initially came to the wrong venue and as a result was late for my appointment at the correct venue. Staff were accommodating, competed my late treatment and I was even able to add an extra treatment there and then. Very happy with my beautician and the experience overall.

I had my face cleaning appointment.
I didn't feel comfortable as you suppose to feel when you going into a beauty salon.
A weird smell when I came in, then not too much communication between me beautician.
She cleaned my face but make it worse. maybe the products she used or the machine I don't have an idea .But definitely made it worse.
After 1-day spots start to appear on my face 3, obviously suppose to be the opposite.
Unfortunately, I'm not going back After the experience I had.
