I had advised that I just wanted my eyebrows cleaned up around the edges and they have been completely stripped away.Then the beautician tried to claim that my hair didn't grow in certain parts. And when I told her this was wrong and that I had asked her to simply clean them up, she justified herself by saying "when people tell me that they only want a clean up and I don't take a lot away then they don't like it". this is simply not acceptable. I can only hope my eyebrows grow back...
