The lady who cut my hair ('senior hair stylist, apparently) was lovely in her mannerisms, but respectfully has absolutely no idea how to cut hair. I explained exactly what I wanted (a haircut I've had before) and made sure she was comfortable with doing it before we proceeded, but she botched it up. I should've known when she asked to trim my bangs and then cut straight across right at the forehead! Unfortunately treatwell made me pay online in advance, so I couldn't do anything about it either
