My experience was very poor due to a complete lack of communication and clarity about how Treatwell bookings work. I accidentally booked the wrong treatment, and the staff were unable to offer any help to change the booking or guide me on how to request a refund. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they simply told me there was nothing they could do. I left with no service and out of pocket, which is unacceptable. Basic customer care and understanding of the platform were completely missing

The hair cut I received was terrible. The lengths were all uneven. I had to go elsewhere to fix it. I had one long strand hanging down the front that I did not notice until I got home.
