therapist has removed the part of hair from the hairline while doing laser hair removal on my cheek.I specifically asked and indicated not to touch anything beyond that point,but she still burnt my hairline and it turned white. When I checked my face at the end of the procedure I asked her about it and she kept telling me she hasn’t touched it and argued that it was “like that” before.I would have appreciated if I was informed immediately about the accident instead of being gaslighted by her
