A young lady who seems completely inexperienced destroyed my nails and surrounding skin with the electric filer during gel nail removal. I had to stop her from continuing to prevent injury - someone else had to pick up and the finish the process.
Some parts of my nails became extremely thin and skin under almost got a burn. They also made me plunge my whole fingers in acetone for 15+ minutes which I had to refuse - I wasn’t even informed it was acetone until I realised it was NOT water.
