I am always very happy with Rania who does my face waxing & threading. She is wonderful, skilful & gentle
The manicurist was terrible! I had to stop her halfway through as she was just hacking at my nails whilst she was also texting & chatting. She was so distracted and not paying attention. My nails now have dents where she was hacking at them & I didn’t stop her in time. It’s going to be 6 months at least to recover from the damage. I am so very upset
