Young lady efficiently and without fuss took exactly the amount I wanted to be taken to tidy up my hair and gave me a very good blow dry. Was much better than I expected it would be. I will go again.

I got there at 11am, there was no one in the front desk to attend you. I waited for 10min, finally someone came out and they made me wait an additional 20min (so my appointment started 30min late). The same happened to 5 more people throughout the 2hs I was there. Customers were VERY upset with the delays and there was no one at the front desk to explain why. Several cancelled and left. The highlights and haircut were ok but nothing I would go back for, specially given the lack of management.

You get what you paid for. My hair is dry fine and long so I understand is hard to manage however any qualified hairdresser should be able to deal with it no issues. It’s the first time ever a hairstylist if handing the comb to me to detangle the hair myself! The highlights were pretty good, the haircut sloppy however I was planing to leave a tip despite all that until she said I’m being charged extra £25 for my hair condition, speechless. The pedicure however was alright.
