I've been your client for many years and finally decided to stop. The service has been getting worse and worse. The staff is very rude and unhappy. The last two visits the junior staff had no idea how to do wax, so I had to ask another staff to take over. There is one more knowledgable staff with brown hair but she is often grumpy and in a rush, what makes it more painful. My staff this Friday at 1:20 PM was shocking. She made me feel very unwelcome and refused to be helpful

Very nice stylist washed and cut blow dried. All in around half hour as i had to be somewhere else after that. Pleasant atmosphere.
