Came in for a root bleach for the first time at this place. Even though the stylist was nice and gentle, protected my scalp and applied toner twice as I wasn’t happy with the initial color, after washing my hair today I have noticed that the whole back of my head hasn’t been bleached at all! My roots are 4 different colors and unfortunately will need fixing. I wish the stylist didn’t take the job as in the end I could have gone somewhere else and bleached the whole head in one go.
