terrible experience ! I had problems with my reservation , was not paid ! when they realized , the receptionist was improvised beautician !!!! poor job , very bad and When i arrived at home i have a lot of wax in my legs and still a lot of hair!! Never come back
friendly staff but i wouldn't say that it was there a beautician; student maybe. very cheap but as we say... pay little, pay twice. I back to my home with a hole on my eyebrow which the lady tried to hide with eye-shadow before i look it on the mirror; and the facial.... nothing more than my usual routine. and the free sunbed minutes wasn't available. I do NOT recommend.

I thought that the salon was very clean and tidy, and was instantly made to feel comfortable and at ease with the warm and relaxing atmosphere. I had a full body wax and eyebrow threading with a beauty specialist named Zeena, who was absolutely wonderful. I have had bad experiences with waxing in particular, where my skin was ripped and burnt due to its sensitivity, and I am really happy that I have found a therapist who was able to assess my skin type and advise accordingly. I had a very pleasant experience and will definitely be visiting there next month for a session with Zeena. I would definitely recommend her as a beauty professional, she had a very friendly and efficient demeanor, and her passion and enthusiasm for her job definitely shone through.
When I first walked in, the receptionist was taking a personal call and paid no attention to me for about 5 mins. When she did, she was very cold. During the wax, she didn't leave the room for me to change and tried to convince me that to have the full wax I would need to pay extra. The room did not seem very sanitized and looked like it was a spare room for them to use for random procedures aside from dentistry (which is the main purpose of this business).
