I wasn't expecting the aesthetician to be the receptionist too although a very nice person I have to say. It took her 10 minutes to do the waxing. Not perfect but great value for money anyway.

I arrived to be told that the doctor due to treat me was not in on that day despite me making a reservation. The receptionist was able to get another doctor to carry out the treatment with her assistance although it was not extremely thorough in my opinion. Overall great value for money however!

Zeena was absolutely wonderful, I coukdn't have asked for a better beautician. She explained well and calmed me down, as I was quite stressed. Also offered fanatstic beauty advice when I asked questions, and didn't just give me the top of range product information. Definitely going back and telling everyone !! Thank you
