There is a never lady to let you come inside because it's more a place when you do treatment for teeth.. than sunbeds or beautician ! I came few time the receptionist was not here so the "doctor" didn't let me in, it's cheap but there is no service

Easy to find but my appointment wasn't listed down on their appointment book. I had to show them my booking email but they still didn't believe I had an appointment with them!

I had my upper lip, half leg, underarms and eyebrows shaped with wax. Not a great job on any of them. After the beautician finished the waxing, she left the room quite quickly without a work and I discovered a whole side of one leg was still as hairy as when I walked in, so had to pluck the rest myself, I asked for just a tidy up of my eyebrows so they'd be kept natural and they're quite thin, also noticed when I got home, hair along my upper lip line that I had to pluck out myself and similar for my underarms - quite a bit of hair left on the lower part of my underarm. The room was shabby, no towel was offered, but I took one off the shelf (which had wax on it already). All around disappointing experience, I should have paid attention to previous reviews. I won't be going back.
