The team were very unprepared for my booking. They didn’t check what I had asked for so originally only gave me a half leg wax instead of a full leg, and only fixed this when I asked. The Beauty therapist also caused bruising when doing my Hollywood wax. She took a phone call midway through my wax!!
I had booked my treatment on Treatwell and prepaid, but they kept asking me to pay again even though I told them 3 times! Wouldn’t recommend going here at all

This was not a good experience. Though I booked for 341, Kilburn high road, when I arrived I was told that they did not have a beauty therapist there and that I needed to check with their other branch. I called the other branch and someone denied I had booked and put the phone down on me. I had to trek to the other place where they were clearly not happy to see me. It was not a good experience and the beautician was very unfriendly.
