I liked that I didn't have to wait for my treatment, the process could have taken less time and the attentiveness to certain areas could have been attended to more carefully

Ellie was the beautician who did my treatment and she was great! She was fast and was very conscious to get all wax off my legs (sometimes you can leave with loads of left over wax but I didn't this time!)
