I was told an hour before my appointment that the shop I booked my appointment at was closed for the day so I had to travel further down the street to another branch where the staff were friendly. The lady who did my waxing was very messy and managed to get the wax on my top whilst waxing my underarms. They are normally very tidy as I have been a few times before. Watch out for the lady who looks like Kim Kardasian as she was the messy one.

I had full Brazilian, upper lip and tummy. Really good price and the lady was very friendly and had attention to detail. Also importantly it is clean.
