The therapist was nice though some keys elements were missing from my experience. The room was quite cold, there was no relaxing music playing I could hear everyone talking from the main room. The therapist never asked how the pressure was.

The therapist was very nice though the facial wasn't worth the money I expected a proper face massage and the face steamer didn't feel very pleasant, the positioning was off and it felt really hot on certain parts of my face.

I was quite shocked realising I had to ask for hand cream which wasn’t applied as it usually usually is whenever I do my hands. Not the greatest service. Okay but too pricy for what it was.

Lovely experience, Maggie is great and really listens to you. My manicure was also great, relaxing experience and as I wanted something very basic I wasn’t pushed to add any other treatments.
