The nail tech popped off my two broken nails with a fake nail. My actual nail shop soaks them off as they should and don’t charge for broken nails. This ‘nail shop/everything else’ only have a clear base of gel powder (no nude of light pink if you want a clean French tip) so couldn’t match it to my skin tone for French tips which is disappointing. The nail shape wasn’t even, I would never go back there. £32 badly spent
