Fatima was lovely, so caring & gentle, I really appreciate her! The initial staff member that I interacted with was not helpful and made me want to cancel my appointment and head over to 191 Lemoge. She was quite abrupt and really didn’t want to the service which made me uncomfortable however Fatima was happy to help & made me feel comfortable.
