I was expecting to be there for 40 minutes but was there for close to two and a half hours. There was one hairdresser and at one point had three people she was working on. I did get a complimentary treatment (but I think this was to buy more time). I had to remind her how I wanted my hair cut. Main thing is - it happened and how I had asked.
