The lady behind the desk was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Speaking in their language with the hairdresser and it was blatantly about me. There was a mishap because the lady didn’t bother reading the notes I had written for a specific treatment and didn’t bother to acknowledge my specific needs. I had no choice but to go ahead with my treatment as it was too late to cancel. Terrible customer service!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place!!
