My therapist was a lovely lady - I think her name is Nadeen. She asked me exactly what I wanted rather than just assuming or doing what she thought was suitable. Although I really suffer a lot with the pain of waxing (especially a Hollywood wax!), she tried to do it as quickly and painlessly as possible. She was very precise with her technique when it came to the facial waxing and continued to ask me if I was happy with it. The only thing I would say is that it might be a good idea to press hard with her finger on each area that a therapist has just waxed as this takes some of the pain away. I’ve only ever had one or two therapists employ this technique - it’s very rare - But I feel comfortable saying this on here because I know that Lemoge pays proper attention to its customers and their views. Thank you for another brilliant job well done.

It’s quick and it’s very good value for money. My skin and energy is very sensitive I would just ask for that to be taken into account and the therapist to be a bit more sensitive but the treatment was fine and they always have space.
