Zoe was amazing and the haircut is wonderful; this was the second time here for me and I'm very satisfied.
However, I've booked and paid here on Treatwell and when she was blow drying my hair she said her manager told her to ask me to top up and pay extra £5 because I apparently made the mistake and I've booked for short hair when they think mine was long. This was a bit disappointing not for the £5 but because she said that at the end of the treatment when I had no other option than to pay it. I've found this a bit sad and not professional. I love Zoe and the way she works but if I knew that the price would have been £35 I'd probably had a look at other saloons too (I've chosen this as one of the cheaper in the area but with a great quality too). In general, I usually book through Treatwell because I don't want to have "surprises" at the end of the treat (sometimes some saloon tell you a price and then at the end of the treat they tell you it is a bit more because they did extra things :/ and I don't really like this way to work so I prefer to pay in advance to avoid problems like this - well, now I know that not even through Treatwell I can protect myself from this).
Again, Zoe is an amazing hairdresser and I'm in love with my haircut, but the experience has been ruined by this issue, and I don't feel I want to go back to be honest.
