I was very disappointed today. I visit this salon regularly and always see the same lovely therapist who is very gently and friendly. She wasn’t working today and the therapist who I saw instead was extremely unsatisfactory. I had booked and paid for hot wax for a Hollywood wax but the therapist started using strip wax and when I questioned her she said it was the same ( if this is the case then surely it should cost the same ? ) and carried on. She also took my knickers out of my bag on the floor and handed them to me when finished without me asking ( who would ask I’m not sure ) which was very strange and stayed in the room waiting for the next treatment.When it was time for my eyebrow threading it was much more painful than usual and I have 6 bright red cuts under my left eye- very noticeable hours after the treatment. The whole experience was just awful.

First time cutting my hair at beauty clinic. Fahi was fantastic and very professional. Would definitely recommend her. I will surely go again in few months for a quick trim.
