The lady used the same stick throughout my treatment, missed parts of hair out and quickly left the room as soon as she was ‘done’ so I couldn’t complain. I then asked another lady to complete the missing parts and she did one out of the three parts and said ‘you need to leave now as I have another booking’ terrible service
