First of all, she started doing strip wax which I didnt want and she explained that I'd have to pay more for hot wax which is fine and I agreed. Then she proceeded with hot wax but clearly didnt know what she was doing. It was dripping everywhere and she ended up using part strip wax at the end as well. Half way through the waxing she left me completely vulnerable with the door open to go speak to someone outside for a minute which was completely unacceptable. There was a lot of hot wax left on me when she finished and I've spent the next 24 hours dealing with that - uncomfortable and painful. She also tried to promote laser treatment as if the three advertisements right next to me weren't enough. I didnt say anything at the time because I felt very vulnerable with my intimate parts laid out on a table for apparently anyone to walk in... completely unacceptable. I want my money back. I also specifically asked for smth between a bikini and a Brazilian. I walked out to stop her from doing a full Brazilian.
