A bit disappointing - upon returning home I noticed a number of thick hairs and patches of fine hair had been missed . Appointment took only 10 minutes (booked for 20) and I wish it had been longer and more attention spent to make sure all hair was removed. However, excellent value, extremely clean and otherwise good
