I was really happy with my treatment today. The lady (I didn't get her name 🤦🏻♀️) I saw today we really nice and friendly and I'm so happy with the way she cut my hair and threaded my eyebrows

Arm wax wasn't the greatest as the technician seemed to not have any technique, she kept missing huge parts of skin covered in hair. I usually have my appointments with Deka who is amazing. Otherwise, the room was clean and the therapist was friendly, and I was seen on time. I've been coming to Lemoge for years and won't let one less than great experience stop me from coming back.

I had an appointment at 4:45 and they had me waiting there for just under an hour and when I was finally seen The lady that waxed she cut my leg and my vagina she ripped off the skin and a couple days later my skin was so burnt and it was peeling I then called back and explained what happened and all they said was that I have sensitive skin and I should apply Sudocreme or aloe vera gel
