The hairdresser did not listen when I was explaining how I want my hair to be cut. Nothing too difficult, challenging or complicated- I just wanted to have my ends cut. However she cut all my hair but not the ends at the back of my head! I called them back and tried to see them again for my hair to be done but they gave me an appointment over a week after my 1st appointment. I was keen to have my hair done as was going abroad for my holidays. Horrible experience, rude and unprofessional people!

I didn’t enjoy the stark bright lighting, and no music so the atmosphere is lacking especially when you are going through the pain of a wax you want your surroundings to be at least a bit calming. The lady was very sweet and diligent to get every single hair but I personally felt it was too aggressive! Definitely not bad for the price but not a particularly positive experience.
