Staff are rude and unwelcoming. Booths were filthy and room was small and dirty

Technical was rude and unfriendly, kept talking to other colleagues not concentrating on what she was doing, very bad service and had the cheek to ask if Iwanted my nails done, I did want them done but rather not give my money tot hat company.
