Unfortunately my treatments were disappointing, the extraction in the facial was painful. There didn’t seem to be any moisturising element nor eye cream. My skin didn’t feel hydrated after the treatment at all, just cleansed.
The full body massage similarly was strange, there was no face hole in the bed so I either could not breathe or had a painful neck. The therapist stopped after 10 minutes and doing my upper back saying she didn’t know I wanted any areas done! Disorganised & unprofessional!
