On arrival, there had been a problem with the booking and the staff were unable to find it. I was accused of not paying (which I had via paypal). They dealt with me a little bit unfairly and made me feel uncomfortable. I was disappointed, because Ive used the establishment a few times, and have always had a pleasant experience.

Never again! That was the worst and most painful wax I have had. She clearly had no clue what she mwant to do, the wax just stuck to the hair and then she used something that smelled of nail polish remover to get rid of any excess wax. I was left burned and in pain!
