The treatment room was not the cleanest looking I've ever been in to be honest. The trolley with the wax and other stuff just looked grubby (saw stray hairs dotted around the cotton pads) which didn't make me feel too comfortable. The lady who did my treatment was very nice but I just felt like she wasn't as experienced as therapists I'm used to.
Overall was was okay but not sure I'd go back to that clinic because of the cleanliness issue.

I'll be honest, it's not the most relaxing place. Everything looks a bit messy and done on the cheap. The staff are very energetic which is great but not if they are having a loud social gathering outside your massage room.
Also no real system for bookings and everything was quite disorganised.
I also didn't really appreciate being called 'darling' by everyone.
I didn't have the most faith in the Photo Rejuvenation Facial - noticed no difference and the Dr didn't really talk to me or understand what I was saying.
The massage (noise aside) was good though. I won't be going back.
