She was patient despite me complaining for the pain.

I arrived and was told my hairdresser was busy so said I would come back 45mins later. Came back and then was kept waiting for another 15 minutes. Got my hairwashed - had to then wait for 10 minutes before my hair was dried. Hairdry was good but obviously rushed as I had to leave - I hadn't expected a wash and blowdry to take over 2 hours!
